This will be an hour long workout consisting of cardio, calisthenics, resistance training with weights, and flexibility. It’s a fun, effective workout that will help you lose body fat, and increase lean muscle, as well as improving your endurance. It’s a fun, excited group.
In the first eight weeks some average results are:
* Loss of 3-10% of body fat
* Loss of 5-15 pounds

* Increase in endurance and stamina

What you'll need.
Exercise mat
Weightlifting gloves (optional)
Pair of 5-10 lb. dumbbells ( see me if you don’t have these) Water Proper attire for the outdoors
This is a continueous boot camp.
One hour classes every Sunday, for the duration of the year. Classes are $10.00 per 1 hour boot camp class
